Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 55bmy ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 55bmy online gaming platform, available at https://55bmy.cam, including all associated services, games, features, and content offered therein.

By completing the registration process, accessing your 55bmy account, or using any service on the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 55bmy platform and, if applicable, close your account.

This Agreement is supplemented by additional policies including the 55bmy Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement and any supplementary policy, this Agreement shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Section 2

Eligibility and Registration

Access to the 55bmy platform and participation in any real-money gaming activity is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This minimum age requirement is enforced in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR guidelines.

• You must not be self-excluded from the 55bmy platform or any other gambling operator under any applicable self-exclusion scheme.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine contact number. 55bmy reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time, and to suspend or close accounts where satisfactory verification cannot be completed.

By submitting a registration application, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of any balance, and referral to relevant legal authorities where appropriate.

Section 3

Account Management

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the 55bmy platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or connected accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all such accounts being permanently closed and any associated balances being voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify the 55bmy support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 55bmy shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Account access is personal and non-transferable. You must not permit any third party to access or use your 55bmy account under any circumstances, including for the purpose of placing bets on your behalf. Any activity conducted through your account, regardless of who carried it out, shall be attributed to and remain your sole responsibility.

55bmy reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary or permanent restriction of account functionality, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

55bmy accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, and USDT (Tether USD). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. 55bmy does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed, and the deposited funds may be held pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified within the cashier section of your 55bmy account and may be updated from time to time. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification in compliance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

Processing times for withdrawals are indicative only. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during normal operating hours. BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers are typically processed within one (1) business day. 55bmy shall not be held responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 55bmy may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions including, but not limited to, wagering requirements, eligibility criteria, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and validity periods. Players may only participate in each promotional offer once unless otherwise explicitly stated. Bonuses are awarded at the sole discretion of 55bmy and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

Attempting to exploit, abuse, or circumvent the terms of any promotion — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements, or placing offsetting bets — is strictly prohibited. 55bmy reserves the right to void bonus funds, withhold associated winnings, and suspend or close accounts where such activity is detected.

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. 55bmy reserves the right to determine at its absolute discretion whether wagering requirements have been met in a genuine manner consistent with legitimate play.

Section 6

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 55bmy platform — including live casino games, slots, bingo, Crazy 777, Teen Patti 20-20, and all other titles — are governed by individual game rules displayed within the respective game interface. Players are encouraged to review the applicable rules before participating.

55bmy utilises certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for applicable game categories, independently audited to ensure genuinely random and fair outcomes. Live casino games are conducted in real time by professional dealers in licensed studio environments. Game results are final and binding once a round is completed, subject to any technical malfunction provisions set out below.

In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or system error that interrupts or affects the integrity of a game round, 55bmy reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. 55bmy shall not be liable for any claimed winnings arising from a game round affected by a technical malfunction. Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 55bmy platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud, misrepresentation, or the provision of false identity documentation during registration or at any point thereafter.
• Money laundering or any activity designed to conceal the proceeds of crime through gaming transactions.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or promotion.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, data scraping tools, or any artificial intelligence system to interact with the platform or gain an advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any such vulnerability discovered must be reported to the 55bmy support team immediately.
• Chargebacks, reversal of deposits, or any action intended to fraudulently recover deposited funds while retaining associated winnings or bonus funds.
• Accessing the platform using a virtual private network (VPN) or similar technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or obscure your true location.
• Any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 55bmy staff or other players.

Section 8

Intellectual Property

All content, software, design elements, graphics, trademarks, logos, game assets, text, and other materials available on the 55bmy platform are the exclusive intellectual property of 55bmy or its licensors, and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 55bmy platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of 55bmy.

The 55bmy name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of 55bmy. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as granting any right or licence to use any 55bmy trademark.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

The 55bmy platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 55bmy makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous and uninterrupted service, it does not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical failures at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 55bmy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

55bmy's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 55bmy account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Section 10

Privacy and Data Protection

55bmy collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at Privacy Policy. By using the 55bmy platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

55bmy is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. Data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently for the purposes of account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and the delivery of platform services. 55bmy does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Section 11

Responsible Gaming

55bmy is committed to promoting responsible gaming and the prevention of problem gambling. Section 12

Account Suspension and Termination

55bmy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• 55bmy has reasonable grounds to believe that your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• You have failed to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable period as requested by 55bmy.
• 55bmy is required to do so by a competent regulatory authority or court order.
• You have voluntarily requested account closure.

Upon closure of your account, any withdrawable balance (net of any applicable deductions for breach) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of all outstanding identity verification requirements. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements shall be forfeited upon account closure for breach.

You may request voluntary closure of your 55bmy account at any time by contacting the support team. Requests are typically processed within two (2) business days.

Section 13

Amendments to These Terms

55bmy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact 55bmy's support team in good faith to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. 55bmy will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve legitimate player concerns within ten (10) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

Nothing in this clause shall limit your rights to pursue remedies available to you under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation or through relevant regulatory bodies, including PAGCOR, where applicable.
